Positive: Reviews

Dear Stacie, Our two months together from listing to close of escrow is an event I'll never forget. Emotionally, it marked the end of a major chapter of enjoying a wonderful home and neighborhood for over 20 years. Psychologically, it was a departure from the past, and an introduction to a new era in my life. Physically, the sorting, storing and moving all my stuff was a great, if painful, reminder that I can have a great life with a lot less stuff! Financially, despite the anxiety of needing to generate enough cash from the sale of the house to move to my next location, it all turned out better than I could've dreamed. Through these weeks, ranging from stressful to comforting, you deftly orchestrated all we did with both the technical detail and the reassuring manner of a seasoned expert. Normally I would be checking your work at every step. In this instance, however, that was totally unnecessary and your insights into the perceptions of buyers throughout and your wisdom and handling all developments gave me more protection and reassurance that I could've ever imagined. I'm a pragmatic businessman and I mean it when I say it I will do anything I can to help you with your continued success in the real estate industry. Never hesitate to call on me! Respectfully, - Brooks Sackett

Stacie was great to have as a realtor. She understood I was a person who worked at night and would schedule things for later in the day instead of mornings. I got wasn't able to make one of our appointments and instead of missing it she was able to do a video call so I was able to be there. She is wonderful and I am recommending her to my friends. - Douglas Palmer
